I have severe osteoporosis n must chew 10 a day. If they weren't good, I couldn't chew them at all! I'm not a fan of gummies but these don't have that gelatin hard type of texture. They are chalky either like TUMS. I highly recommend these no matter your age!

Goal: Better Bone Health
My bones are softening, so at this point, I want to keep them from getting brittle. Most of the pillsI've tried are horse sized hard to swallow caplets. I began searching for gummies because who wouldn't enjoy a good gummy? I found these and the taste and texture can't be beat. The ease of taking them means I've yet to miss a day. It is a calcium citrate rather than a calcium carbonate but for me that means I can take it with or without food. The price is right. Now, I'll only know how effective they are when I take my next DEXA scan. Stay tuned!
