I have had almond milk before and loved it. I intend to drink it as a snack before bed to keep my blood sugar levels stable overnight and have with my medicine. My heart group nurse said not to drink more than a 2liters worth of liquid a day so this 8oz size which is how much she told me I cold have is perfect.
