It is hard to find truly high quality items for special needs. These lemon cookies are gluten free and vegan. They are tender and stay soft in the box. These cookies are delicious as long as they stay soft. When I first tasted them, they were so yummy and soft. They were just what I had been missing since going gluten free. So, they are worth a try. The only bad part is that if they get hard, they taste bad. Just keep the bag sealed. You will love them!
