Delicious and healthy
Get your system healthy! I make smoothies almost daily. I did a lot of research along the way. I add these in for flavor and especially for the beet in a liquidish form. I had been using beet root powder. Beets are incredible at reducing swelling. It's noticeable within a week. I always go for the dark berries as well, and this delivered both! They even included prebiotics!

A great healthy snack!
These are a great, healthy snack. I've even felt better since I started eating them as my snack between breakfast and lunch. I don't buy them for the taste of it, but the taste of each flavor is fine. I like the Blackberry vanilla and the cherry acai the most, but there are none of the flavors that are a chore to eat, so there was no adjustment period (like there was when i first started drinking protein shakes). They are on the pricier side because of what they contain, but this four pack at Walmart is 20% cheaper than even buying direct from the manufacturer. Highly recommended!
