So convenient

Deep pan great for Lasagne (4-5 generous servings) or anything that requires a deep well. Most similar pans don't have as much capacity. They bake well (without the lid) which is cardboard %26 not great. I usually place plastic wrap or aluminum paper on container before adding lid for extra security. Very convenient for size %26 portability. No clean-up is a plus although the pan is reusable if needed depending on use. For pot luck, a side dish or sharing meals with family %26 friends, this is a handy container to have on hand. No more leaving your good pans behind. Use these instead!

I'm disabled and limited to what I can cook. The size of this pan is perfect for my 'boxed' Scalloped potatoes and smaller casseroles. Pan is also strong enough to mix ingredients directly in then straight into the oven, no needed support. The provided lid is a bonus to use when refrigerating leftovers or if transporting baked foods to family gatherings or other. Wish I had discovered this pan size earlier.
