I had weight loss surgery a couple years ago and so I had to let my coffee go and this took the place of the coffee and it gives me the drive boost I need to get going through the morning I would not recommend taking more than 2 tablets a day. If I take anymore than that I get a huge headache so I would stay with 2 a day in the morning

That will give me the extra pick up I need to get through a few more hours when I'm sleepy without negative side effects. This bottle will last me a while.
