Fantastic daily drinker

This has become by go-to coffee that I start every single day with. It's so good I literally look forward to it as I'm falling asleep. Clean, smooth, nice nuance but nothing too funky, so it's accessible to anyone. Just a great product and great value.

Excellent cup of coffee!

The roaster's tasting notes and description are spot on. This makes an excellent cup of coffee, even in a standard drip brewer. It's impossible to go wrong when deciding between any Ethiopian coffee from FRC. This one is ordered on repeat in our house.

An Awakening

My coffee-virgin skeptic college son came home desperate for caffeine, begging, "Mother, teach me your ways. " I opened the Organic Ethiopian Sidamo Natural. The potent aroma stopped him cold; he inhaled deeply, and a smile spread across his face. ​This was an inauguration. I quickly brewed a double-shot latte. This Sidamo Natural is an experience: renowned for intense sweetness with notes of sun-dried blueberries and jasmine. ​My son took a tentative sip, expecting bitterness. Instead, his eyes went wide. "It tastes like a dessert, but. . . strong," he whispered. The cup was gone in minutes, replaced by a motivated student who understood the ritual: clarity, focus, and genuine pleasure. ​Buy this bean if you want to convert a skeptic to specialty coffee that smells as incredible as it tastes, buy this bean.
