This super cold winter has been doing a number on my sinuses. I have a cold mist humidifier, but it was not helping. I bought a vaporizer that uses this steam liquid. My nights are great again. I add this to the small cup where the warm stream comes out of the vaporizer and now I can breathe well all night. No more plugged up nasal passages.
