How to Mix: To make 1 quart: Put 1 cup dry milk in quart container. Add about 4 cups water (to 1-quart mark). To make 1 glass (about 8 fl. oz.): Mix 1/4 cup dry milk+ 1 cup water. Mix until well blended; refrigerate. For freshest flavor, refrigerate overnight before drinking. To maintain best quality and nutritional value, keep from moisture, heat and light. Reclose lid tightly after each use and store container in a cool, dry place.

This milk tastes great. I can't taste any difference from any typical liquid milk. Powdered milk means I always have fresh milk on hand, something supply-chain issues and stores no longer provide reliably in liquid form. I can mix this in small batches that better suit my needs as a single-household person. Comparing nutritional values to cheaper powdered brands, this excels. That is important to me. I mix 1/2 quart as needed (1/2 cup powdered product to 2 cups Brita-filtered water.) Try finding small-batch liquid fat-free milk! I never can. This is my go-to milk choice.
