I've purchased this twice and if you want cheap, sort of summer sausage flavor, then this is for you. To me it is a very bad generic version of real summer sausage without all the real flavors. Unimpressed. Love other Bridgford products but this is below average taste. Other brands of summer sausage are Much better. It's unlikely that I will purchase this again. Not recommended.

Can't tell if it's a Bad Sausage or it Spoiled 🤷

First time trying Bridgford brand and was pretty disappointed. Can't tell if the sausage was made this way or it started to spoil, but it had a watery secretion outside the casing. It smelt artificially weird and the texture was rubbery. Didn't risk getting sick so I tossed it out.
