I made breakfast for dinner last night, using this mix. I added bacon 🥓 bits, diced onion 🌰, slices of tomato 🍅, cheese 🧀, S%26P. It was absolutely delicious 😋... my only suggestion is to make sure you use a large amount of oil, to coat the pan because it might stick. Recommend 👍

These are a Delicious substitute for eggs!! I am allergic to regular eggs and have missed them so much for years.
