Globosa Plant is Dying

I have ordered 3 Globosa Nana from you. The first 2 are beautiful. The last one I ordered is in the ground. It's falling apart and turning brown. It did not come in a root ball it came in some wood chips. I can't find if it has a warranty. Please help!
