Solid furniture/great customer service
Pretty much fully assembled with only a couple bolts to finish it up. Very heavy and seems well built. FedEx lost one of the boxes so I called customer service at the company. 100% satisfied with that experience as well!

One year of use and is completely coming apart
Really liked this bed, but a year of use and they headboard has completely split off the bed. It is very unsteady, squeaky and basically coming apart. Of course, it's just past of the warranty.
