I find it very hard to just turn off my brain and thoughts, therefore I usually spend about an hour or more tossing and turning before I'm able to fall asleep. When I received Unisom Simple Slumbers Restorative Sleep in exchange for my honest thoughts, I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try. This product is a drug-free Melatonin. It has 3mg of Melatonin and an exclusive Heat Treated Probiotic which promotes a deep restorative sleep for a better overall quality of sleep. The first night I used this sleep supplement I was shocked at how quickly I drifted off to sleep! I think it took about 30 mins and I was out like a light! I haven't slept that well in a very long time! I slept the entire night through only waking once to use the bathroom. When I awoke in the morning, I felt refreshed and ready to start my day. I am so glad I've finally found something to help me get the sleep I need,!!!!
