1st paddle and we like it.

Keep the pizza at 12" diameter for ease of use. We have a second grilling spatula that we use to guide the pizza onto the paddle and then onto the stone. We use cornmeal and whole wheat flour to dust the paddle for ease of transfer. Clean up and storage are easy. No problems so far!
