I don't know what it is about this cheese cake but it is just delicious. The filling is light and airy but still thick, rich and creamy. The crust is just right not too thick which can happen a lot of the time. I have never had a cheesecake quite like this one. It is a must try if you haven't yet.

Honestly, I hesitated to review this Edwards Cheesecake. I don't want the store to run out of them. It's truly heaven on earth. I'm not exaggerating! I wouldn't change a thing. My family was buying them regularly for the last 4-5 years, then poof!, we couldn't find this full size Edwards Cheesecake anywhere for about the last 12 months. My husband and I seriously panicked. It's better than Homemade, a light lemon tang, not too sweet, not too tangy, whipped creamy texture but firm. OMG, my mouth is watering just thinking about it, lol. I'm not a big sweets eater normally, but I love this Cheesecake just like it is, no extras. My family puts Whipped topping and fruit or chocolate on top. Not me, I just want the delicious flavor of this decadent delight. A little pricey but oh so worth it. A Cheesecake.
