It fits nicely in the corner without taking up too much space. My hamster took to it almost immediately! Hamsters naturally like to potty in one spot, and placing this in his usual corner (with a bit of his soiled bedding to encourage him) worked like magic. Now almost all his *** and **** goes right in the potty, which means way less mess in the rest of the cage and no more strong odors.
