They are fine.
I sized XXL due to the fact that I have large breasts. Although the breast portion fits well, it was excessively large when viewed from the outside; this is an easy repair, so it's not a huge deal. In addition, if you desire hold, this one is not for you.

ideal for nurses.
These are excellent for breastfeeding. They clips are simple to use and comfy. I had difficulty using breast pads at night for leakage with these bras. I'm not sure if it was because of the size of my breasts, but they worked beautifully for day feedings.
