Bad costumer service......

The biscotti/cookies are excellent. But the cookies came ALL broken in small pieces. The box did NOT have "fragile"tag/writing so, shipping could of been a little better. The package was Not shipped/lost until I complaint. Package arrived almost 3 weeks, later, damaged. I was promised a partial refund, I am still waiting......
