The next step up help with pain
My husband prefers using this item since it seems to help a lot more now than other brands after using them for over 30 years. It does take a few "months" to adjust to the gel, but it does give me relief. I am happy Walmart carriers this product in the store because he truly uses this EVERY day sometimes TWICE a day.
