Still in the dark.

Did not work. Charged overnight and still would not work. Only worked if USB was plugged in to outlet. Their customer service asked me if I knew how to operate the power button, even sent a instructional picture of a finger pressing a button. Nice!! Taking these back to Walmart today. Will try to find a better brand with better customer service. Hopefully won't need any customer service on the next ones I choose. Lesson learned.
