The Classic Grape-Nuts Hot Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 cup Grape-Nuts cereal; 1/3 cup fat-free milk. Mix cereal and milk in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds for a big crunch or 1 min for a little crunch. Add Any of the Following to Each Serving of Hot Cereal Before Serving: 1 tbsp raisins, chopped dates, chopped dried apricots or coconut. 1 tbsp chopped apples, banana or strawberries; dash of ground cinnamon. Stir 2 tsp granulated sugar or brown sugar into cereal mixture before microwaving. Get even more of that goodness through the day. Try them on baked potatoes, in your favorite soup or dessert.

Used this cereal for years but in the Walmart Great Value brand. It is great for cereal with skim (fat free) milk %26 as topping for sugar free, fat free ice cream. Expensive but void of sugar %26 tasty. Added chopped walnuts %26 fruit %26 berries is nutritious.

This is an elite cereal Setting aside the health aspects, all the fiber and such, it's just great to add to yogurt I find it hard to believe that a review for Grape Nuts would be terribly relevant in 2025, but I highly recommend it. It's solid with regular milk, coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, whatever floats your boat. It'll take you a little practice to work out the cereal to fluid ratio because of how absorbent it is, but you'll get there eventually. If you microwave it with milk for 30 to 45 seconds that will soften it up and would be a decent replacement for oatmeal. Grape Nuts also do well when paired with fresh or dried berries

Ah, Grapenuts. The cereal people love to hate. But not me! I love them! I've been eating these crunchy little nuggets for years. I like the fact Walmart sells larger boxes than my regular grocery store. And they are quite affordable! Just let them soak in milk for awhile. And if you want a real treat, add them to a bowl of Weetabix cereal too! I look forward to buying another box soon, my favorite cereal!
