Product worked as advertised, although plastic fittings seem weak. Time will tell whether there will be much leaking at fittings. Also, there were no setup instructions with unit. Not that this was hard to figure out how to install because most everything was already installed, but I feel you should still pack instructions with the unit! The centering device needs to be positioned over to the hose ****-up before winding hose and some people might not have realized that before setting up unit.

I love this hose reel! This is the second one I have purchased. It is large enough for the 120 foot professional grade hoses I typically purchase for our farm. It has a built in roller that rolls the hose up neatly and also includes the short attachment (feeder) hose to attach the reel to your faucet. This hose reel keeps the hose neatly out of sight but also allows it to be easily unrolled as needed. I will probably be purchasing a third one for the barn area next.
