Directions: How to use the applicator: 1. Remove over cap. 2. Pull up on the sides of the applicator where the arrows are. 3. Gently squeeze tube to dispense cream onto applicator head. 4. Manually push applicator back down or push applicator into skin to lock closed. 5. Massage cream into skin using the locked applicator. See back panel for full instructions. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older:: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily; remove protective cap and lift white applicator at arrows; squeeze tube gently while holding upright to dispense a small amount of product; press down to close applicator prior to application; massage product into skin using applicator until thoroughly absorbed; if needed, clean applicator by rinsing with water or wipe clean with a cloth; wash hands thoroughly with soap and water if product comes in contact with hands. I need a shoulder replacement but can not have one until December of 2025. So my shoulder is in severe pain I found this form of Icy Hot and WOW does it give me relief!! It gets HOT so spot check it on your skin in case you are too sensitive to tolerate. Try a little more each time until you're used to it. It does have a heavy Menthol scent but I like the smile. It. Last about 3-4 hours for me. Just be sure and was your hands and under your nails really good after applying and use a separate towel to dry your hands off. I made this mistake and rubbed my eye and my eye was burning like crazy, but it rinsed right out and all was good.
