Great mobile base with 4 swivel wheels.

This mobile base has 4 swivel wheels. I use it in my shop to move a 225pound 8" jointer. The base set up easily configured at 20"x20". This mobile base works beautifully. It is easy to move a heavy machine easily. The 4 swivel wheels make it easy to maneuver in tight spaces. The wheels lock rock solid and the jointer stays put even under heavy load. This is my 3rd Bora base. They hold up well.

Pure Quality

I was undecided which mobile base to get for my 512 lb Bandsaw. After contacting Bora Support they gave me two choices with pictures and information. I went with the PM-2250 All-Swivel Mobile Base. First off, I have never seen such meticulous packaging of parts and accessories. I have other brands of mobile bases and familiar on how to install. With the help of the family we successfully placed the Bandsaw on the base. My shop is a stand alone building with inside deminstions 30ft x 24ft. My wife says I have too much stuff, I say not enough. Hence, mobile bases! At 73yo, moving my large equipment, ie; Full size; Wood Lathe, Table Saw, Jointer, etc. This PM-2550 has made my day, also going to order another one soon for another piece equipment. Fast shipping and support should I need some. I would highly recommend this base with a 650lb capacity and 4 way swivel is the only way to go.....

I would buy this again and again.

Said to mention "Sweepstakes" for a chance on a nice giveaway. I would give this good review even if there was no giveaway. I purchased two of the Omni Directional 2550 mobile bases. One is now carrying my Powermatic PM100 12" planer, the other, under my vintage Delta Unisaw. The bases are very robustly built, fit and finish is very good too. They carry those very heavy machines very easily, and make moving them around in my small shop a breeze. Only mildly negative comment would be, that the assembly instructions are drawings of the assembly process only, no written directions. As long as you pay close attention to the drawings, you will be ok. I wish it had given suggestions on exactly where and how may screws on each rail. I used all of them on each rail. Very good product, I would recommend them to a friend. I plan on ordering at least one more, maybe two.
