In my teen years midol has been a huge life changer, I used to suffer from severe cramps due to my menstrual cycle. Taking Midol was the only thing that would truly help relieve the pain enough to go about my day without being curled up in bed with a heating pad. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from bad cramps/periods
