We purchased this machine for a very busy doctor's office. Our office is very satisfied with all the multiple uses. the office will gladly recommend this product to everyone. Also the ink cartridges last a very long time.

We have a small communications buisness sending and receiving faxes and emails for Amish furniture builders all over the United States and Canada. We send and receive approximately 300 faxes a day, and these are our go to fax machines. They are not fancy but they simply do a fine job. Very reliable have never actually had one brake down, after around 4 years we just retire them. The rollers start not grabbing the paper as well and the keys start getting a little sloppy. But you figure out the math, 4 years at 300+ a day that's a whole lot of faxes! Yes we definitely get our money's worth, and will continue to use this model of Brother fax machines for the fax side of our buisness as long as they continue to make them. Small tip keep them clean inside and out and get a small bottle of synthetic oil and occasionally oil the ends of the roller where they connect. I believe this greatly helps with the life.
