Works just as advertised. Note, you do do need the lightening cable to regular audio AV cable adapter if your car has the auxiliary cable (found in most cars). I found that this adapter, while a bit more expensive than the one I had before, a lot sturdier. The first one I had was great and did not need the lightening to audio AV adapter, but it gave out after about ~2 months of use. :( Better to just buy this one first! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Finally a safe one

I couldn’t find one that didn’t say “this may not be compatible” when I tried to use it. I learned the hard way that it really isn’t. Works great and is clear. It’s so sad I had to pay so much to get something for my iPhone but nothing else was a sure thing. I can always find something with Belkin.
