Instructions
Instructions: What You Need: 4 eggs; 2/3 cup oil; 3/4 cup water. 1. Heat oven to 350° F. Lightly spray or grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes). 2. Combine 4 eggs, 3/4 cup water and 2/3 cup oil. Add cake mix and blend well. For single 9 inch round or 8 inch square pan combine: 2 eggs, approximately 2-1/2 cups mix, 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup water and blend well. 3. Bake times: 9 inch x 13 inch pan: 35-40 minutes. 9 inch round or 8 inch square pan(s): 25-35 minutes. Cupcakes: 20-25 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. For Carrot Cake: Fold in 1 to 1-1/2 cups shredded carrot, a handful of nuts, currants or raisins after blended. Delicious! For Gingerbread: Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of ground ginger to taste in step 2. Bake as directed. Actual oven temperature may vary. Adjust baking times as needed.
