Happy but disappointed

got mine's. It so beautiful. I saw it at my nieces b-day party. She told me she got them from Wal-Mart. I ordered them one of them came bent. I so so disappoint now I'm trying to return them to get another one but it hasn't been easy to return. guess I need to return through apps, I downloaded Wal-Mart app still can't figure it out. bc the app recognized my email address so it gave me all my old items and when I put the order number it says can't find your order.
