Most excellent flavor for ICE TEA.

I love apricot and this is it. 1st bought a 3 oz bottle to figure out flavor and amount to use. I drink Arnold Palmer Ice Tea all day so I I got the 2 pound bottle. I diluted it 50% in water and add just a touch, maybe 2 teaspoons, of diluted Apricot to my tea. Next project is making a apricot PIE. Flavor is potent, so easy does it. Flavor is most excellent. Taking a 3 ounce bottle on my next cruise.

Apricot ale "artisan"

I put 8 oz into a 5 gallon homebrew. I mixed it with about 2 cups of warm water, then added it to my fermenter with about 3 days left in the fermenting process. It came out amazing. I'll be using these in future brews.

So yummy

I think I needed to use more, because it was so subtle, but it was very good! I used it for apricot macarons. I put it in American buttercream.
