Satisfied Customer

I purchased a gas tank filler hose for my 1997 Ford F150. I checked with the local Ford dealer and the price was ridiculous! After checking online I found "Parts Geek" and am glad I did. I saved 400% over dealer costs. Thank You Parts Geek. One thing though.....Make sure you also get a gas cap that fits the new part as the original won't fit.

Michael702 / 1997 Ford Filler Neck

I have a 1997 F150 Super cab/4x4/8-foot bed. This neck worked out great. I had the screw cap with the old neck. The old neck was totally rusted to pieces. This one requires the 3-tab gas cap. I picked up one for $16.00 locally. Pick up 2 clamps for the tank hook up too. I dropped the tank. Hooked the hoses on. Pushed the tank up. Then installed the neck. Installed nicely with a new look. 1998 F150 ext cab 4x4

Saved a bunch of money. Local auto parts store wanted $111.00 for the exact same thing. The only draw back was waiting for it to come in. Shipping was on the slow side considering it was coming from CA. and shipping to PA. If you're able to wait a week or so, then this is that place to buy from. On the other hand, if it's needed immediately get ready to open the wallet with the those local guys. Part is very well made and is a complete duplicate of the original. Very happy with item quality.
