Regulator Removal and Replacement

This regulator works great. Removing the factory rivets is the most challenging part. I used 1/4" nuts and bolts 1-1/2" long with fender washers and it works perfect. I used Phillips head bolts. I would recommend using hex head bolts so you can hold with a wrench.

2004 E 350 driver window

Replacing the electric window track and motor was more difficult then I expected. Fortunately, there's YouTube. I had to find the right videos for my Vehicle and this helped a lot. The replacement hardware from 1A Auto had all the parts to do job right.

Easy to install

much easier to install than a previous model from another supplier. They packaged bolts with nuts that don't require a washer, and they tightened without having to get a wrench behind the mechanism which is tricky. Video was also a big help.
