nice activity while stuck in the house or where ever you might be to help make it thru the day my niece is an elder in her 50 and special needs in wheelchair and was just put into a home for the person that was taking care of her died. She lived in Roanoke Va so I am sending this and others to try to keep her busy. She has been thru a lot.

This is definitely a book for people taking it slow these days. I've lost all interest in watching TV or reading the news- too much drama. This book lets you slow down and relax, revert back to a simpler time when just searching for a word in a page of alphabet letters brings on a slower heart rate and a sense of calm. There's multiple activities to entertain a variety of people's relaxation techniques: crossword, word search, coloring, writing short stories, and more. I bought one for myself and after looking through it, bought one for my 80 year old mother. I might even get another one as a gift for my neighbor- she's trying new things too!
