Not 96 total (12 packs of 8)!!! But ONLY 8 plates!

Description says that I should receive 96 plates… 12 packs of 8 plates. I only received 1 pack of 8 plates. “Checkered Plates 9", 8 per package, Theme: Racing, sold as 12 pack.” These are cheap, disposable plates. I thought I was getting a decent deal of about 10 cents a plate but more like $1 dollar a plate.
