Instructions
Adults: When practical, cleanse the affected area by patting or blotting with an appropriate cleansing wipe. Gently dry by patting or blotting with a issue or a soft cloth before insertion of this product. Detach one suppository from the strip; remove the foil wrapper before inserting into the rectum as follows: Hold suppository with rounded end up. As shown, carefully separate foil tabs by inserting tip of fingernail at end marked "peel down". Slowly and evenly peel apart (do not tear) foil by pulling tabs down both sides, to expose the suppository. Remove exposed suppository from wrapper. Insert one suppository into the rectum up to 4 times daily, especially at night, in the morning or after each bowel movement. Children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor.

I have been a nurse for 20 years, and this is hands down the best product that I've ever used on an angry poop chute!!! If you can, use the cooling gel as lubricant. TRUST ME!!!! I was in tears having an existential crisis because my toot flute hurt so bad that it was throbbing like Elmer Fudds' thumb when he'd hit it with a hammer. Don't waste time with anytbing else!! Grab the cooling gel with a box of these bits of Heaven in a box. Helpful tip- wear gloves. please.

The product was terrible. The box was smashed when it arrived on my porch. After opening it all the suppositories were bent and smashed. Product looked old. I won't be ordering this again. It's twice. I've had a bad product.
