I purchased a smaller premier pet in 2018 and it still works I decided to buy this one since it’s bigger and my 2 cats can drink out of it at the same time I love how i can un plug it in the center instead of constantly taking full plug out wall since I change the water daily to every other my2nd cat is semi blind and now she likes to drink out of the fountain, but she always put your paws in it to find it which literally leaves cat litter and crumbs in it sometimes so I have to do more work so the unplug feature is excellent too. I know the filter like the back of my hand to have obviously been doing something right if the other one I got in 2018 is still going fine so I’m still keeping that as well. I’m just used to the whole system . I’ve never had a problem with it. It always works great. Now that I have two cats sharing This one is just bigger with more head space so they can put their face and drink it. Very happy with my purchase. Premier pet makes good quality products

Fantastic product, customer service

My dogs love this fountain. This is an awesome product as long as you know to periodically clean the pump (take off blue mini plastic filter) and the rest of the bowl, especially if you see "less than clear" water. My pump failed after 2.5 months but I called 1-888-640-8840 (Premier Pet Customer Service) and they are shipping a new pump to me and are also paying for shipping. One of the best product warranty experiences ever!

Easy to use %26 clean -- my pets like it -- GREAT

This is easily assembled and works well. There are different levels for smaller or larger animals. The only thing I don't like is that it is easy to get trash in the water, yet this one is so easily cleaned that even that is not really an issue. I have purchased a number of water foundation and thrown them away. This one is a keeper.
