Origine tiu ĉi skribaĵo ne estis destinita por publi-kigo. Ĝi entenas detalan kaj akran kritikon de la vulgarigo kaj diluado de la principoj de la scienca socialismo en la klopodo por kunfandiĝo, en la jaro 1875, de du partioj al unu sola Socialista Laborista Partio de Germanujo, kiu poste, laŭ la Erfurta Programo, en 1991 fariĝis la Socialdemo-krata Partio de Germanujo (SPD laŭ la germana).
Tiu ĉi teksto klarigas, ke post la venko de la socialisma revolucio ne eblas tuj konstrui la komunismon kaj ke la transira periodo havas siajn apartajn kondiĉojn, iteralie por laboro kaj distribuo.
