After failing to find the old Silverstone WareEver brand model that I have used for years I purchased the 12 inch model as well as the 10 inch model Winco brand. They are durable , slightly lighter than commercial weight and perform well. An important plus is that the are accurately measured by the inside of the pan rather than the outside. The 10 inch pan is not 9 and a half inches and the 12 inch is not 11 and a half measured across. I am very happy with these pans.
