Ok condition, but not as expected

I had ordered this phone as the description shows in”Like new condition”, see screenshot. I was expecting the mentioned micro scratches but not a clear dent on the top. The battery is as at 92%. Other than that, the phone is perfectly functionally. The backside looks perfectly new.

Scratched and even chipped screen

The item was not described at ALL. Sucks because it’s a Christmas present for my husband and I probably won’t get a replacement in time. The screen had SEVERAL LARGE, deep scratches all of the screen. There are literally chunks missing on the bottom left of the screen. Horrible condition for a “restored” iPhone. The box was labeled for a completely other phone. There was not a single piece of bubble wrap or protective inserts in the box to ship the phone in. Just not good. Also not even sure if they’ll replace it at all, let alone with something better. Currently trying to work with customer service to see about doing an exchange. Will keep updated.
