I like this little lemon of lemon juice. There is only me, so I do not need a big bottle. It stays fresh and does not evaporate. Very flavorful and never fails me in any recipe. I think there is a little child hidden in me somewhere, as I really like to squeeze that lemon. The little lemon squirts in a straight stream and there is never any mess to clean up.

I buy this so lemons don't rot in my fridge. only thing that you get is pure lemon juice. I use it when I make homemade cheesecake or add squirt to my water bottle to keep me hydrated. works great if you need a bit of citrus for a marinade or to keep avocados or apples from turning brown on you. highly recommend it to buy and great price.

It's a real lemon that's for sure

I will always recommend squeeze lemon juice in combination with a real lemon. I use this because there are times real lemons do not taste right or have a bad flavor. Squeeze lemon juice is always consistent and reliable. You can never go wrong using this product. It has the lemon juice flavor that is just right. It's not overly sour or tart. I use this in my PICO de Gallo or in my pasta dishes. I highly recommend using this product.
