It has been quite a transformation from used goverment-issue furniture to these sleek, mid-century modern pieces and I now look forward to being in my "new" space. Good desk, best seller (Souder)
It is a heavy desk made out of particle board. The wood look finish is nice, and in the end it looks great but it took hours to assemble as there are so many pieces to put together (there are 30 pages for the manual with clear instructions). It came well packed (very heavy), although the box was damaged from the delivery. Souder Woodworking company is one of the best sellers I have interacted with; they were easy to reach and get a fast and friendly response. They went above and beyond addressing the issues and resending the damaged parts. That was a great experience, even better than the good one reaching out to Walmart's customer service.
