Defective

We liked the design so purchased this lamp, a second one for our living room. The first one was perfect. Unfortunately, this one is defective with quality issues. First the USB port is broken and doesn't work at all. The lamp shade has a large defect in the weave. It's not just one spot but goes all the way around the lamp shade.
