10 yr old loves it

My 10 year old bought this for herself. She is very into photography and i figured before we get into the removable lens cameras lets try a simple digital camera. Well so far this camera has proven to be pretty awesome. She takes it with her every where she can. She is always snaping pictures of nature and people. She still has alot to learn about photography but think she made a great choice for a first time camera. It has several features like Panama etc. She can edit photos on her camera she loves that. I like it enough to ask to borrow it from time to time of course i use the auto setting lol. Great camera for the price but kodak has always been a great brand

Well worth the money

Great camera for a beginner. Met all my expectations and then some. Has all the features I was looking for and at a price I could afford. Will take a while to learn to use all the features but that's part of the fun. Have shot over 200 pics with the batteries that were included with the camera and they still have life left in them. I only wish it came with a printed manual, instead of a disc, so I could have it with me to refer to while away from my computer. It's 95 pages and my printer is low on ink, so I guess it has to wait until my next trip to Walmart! My daughter loves it so much she is ordering one for herself.

Love it but still have a lot to learn

I love this camera! It takes great close ups of flowers that are crisp and clear. There are so many different photo shooting options: landscape; panorama; portrait; and the list goes on! I would recommend this camera, but also that you take the time to learn how to use it before taking it out, to make sure you can get the best picture quality. Another thing you might want to invest in is a tripod. To use the camera's zoom to its fullest, it isn't clear, and for the sunset and fireworks settings the camera suggests using a tripod. Overall though, it is a wonderful camera that takes excellent pictures!
