Luxury Hotel Microfiber Tailored Style Bed Skirt with Classic 14 Inch Drop Length, California King, Navy

I ordered this in both poplin and microfiber so that I could judge which would most closely match the color and texture of the new backing I'm putting on a quilt. Both were just fine, but I opted for the microfiber for the match. Note that the Levinsohn name on packaging is is smaller print at bottom; the larger print says something along the lines of "Hotel deLuxe"....a little different on each package. I had 2 misconceptions: a pleat midway along the sides and that it tucked in and fastened to the bedsprings without a piece of fabric across the center that would become dislodged when I flipped or swiveled the mattress. The microfiber, at least, does NOT have a center side pleat. There is a very lightweight central piece of fabric but it does shimmy into place pretty easily on my CA king bed. The fabric itself is heavy enough not to be see through and it does fit perfectly. All in all, an excellent buy at this modest price.
