I take either this or the blend at night right before bed and get up the next morning without the groggies. I imagine because it's helpful for my brain, but I've never been able to wake up so easily in my life. That alone is worth it! Alzeimers runs in my family, so I have got to take preventative measures and I've read that mushrooms and coconut are extremely helpful in that sense. I think it does also help with focus and productivity; that's hard to measure.
