South Shore storage cabinets were ordered from Walmart to aid in storing our kitchen appliances in our new home that had insufficient storage space. We puirchased both the single stand-alone 2-door cabinet and one of the 4-door cabinets; mainly because of their depth. We needed something in the order of 15 to 16 inches. These South Shore cabinets fit the bill perfectly. I must say that the cabinets are very well made and packaged for shipment. Although there were a couple of gouges in the cardbord box upon delivery, the packaging was so well done that there was no impact on the furniture pieces at all. The parts list and assembly instructions are clear (pictorial wise). Some text would have helped the cause. It takes two people to do the assembly. In this regard, I recommend anyone purchasing these to set all the parts aside in a tray to ensure that all are present to complete the job. We did this and it worked well. All that was needed as a philips screw driver and a hammer with a beer to help out. Overall we completed the job for our two cabinets in about 5 hours (as retired people we were certainly not rushed). One thing that the instructions fail to mention, before the back is tacked on with the provided nails, it is imperative to ensure that the cabinets are square. We failed to do that for the 4-door cabinet that we started with and had to pull the back off. We squared it using a carpenter's square and replaced it. This squaring is essential to make the doors line up and look straight (vertically and horizontally). Overall, the cabinets are great, there was no issue with fitting all parts together. I certainly recommend to anyone considering purchase of South Shore storage cabinets to do so. A great product and a good price.
