It clearly shows Microsoft 2021 both in the advertisement photo and on the actual description of the product that came with the product, but did not come with the product. All the other features shown in the picture came with the unit except MS Office 2021. When I did a Walmart Help Complaint, the vender wrote back the following: As I mentioned, this computer supports Windows Office 2021. The purpose of this is to inform customers about the features and functions that the product supports. You can install Office 2021 yourself since the computer is compatible with it, and considering the competitive price, you won't find a similar computer elsewhere. If this doesn't work for you, the last option is to initiate a return. Once we receive the items at our warehouse, we will process the refund. Thank you! They made the following points: 1. what was shown is not actually what you get-however, everything shown I DID get as advertised, except MS 2021, so telling me the add only shows "features and functions that the product supports" is a flat out lie, it's mentioned so many times that no reasonable person would think this did not come with the package. It is listed repeatedly on your advertisement: - as the main line-item listing of the product on your website: "Restored Windows 11 HP i5 3.2 ghz 1TB 16GB RAM 20" LCD WiFi Desktop Computer PC Office21 (Refurbished)" -in your"At a glance" section of the add it clearly lists Office2021 as part of the item -in your "About this item" section it lists office 2021 as part of your item -It is listed in the "More details" section in your website B. "Office21" is literally printed on the shipping sticker in side the box on the shipping label. 2. They claim I can install it myself- YEAH, for $67.44- (Walmart listed website price) 3. There next point was that their prices are so low that I should just go away and be grateful for what I got. 4. Finally, they threaten me with a lengthy, difficult return, and will hold my withhold money until they get thy get their computer back to their satisfaction I could have gotten the same computer at Amazon for less. This computer was advertised as coming with Office 2021. This is the reason I picked this unit over the other the Amazon package. If I had known a separate purchase for Office 2021 was part of the equation, I would have approached my purchase differently. I bought a product from Walmart. I purchased this on the Walmart website. I should not have to be negotiating directly with some sweaty, 2nd rate "vendor". I could have gone out to some little computer store locally if this is the shopping experience I was looking for. This is not what I expected from the largest retailer in the United States.

The order showed that my computer should have had a keyboard included. When the delivery came there was no keyboard inside. I had to purchase a keyboard to use this bundle. The computer is performing very slowly as well. Most likely the HD since it wasn't SSD. Even with 16 GB of RAM its first boot took forever. I am submitting this review over a computer I don't have pictures but can take some of the box to prove i didn't get a keyboard.
