Excellent. In addition, replaced watershield and some door panel retainer clips

'04 T&C. Excellent video. Easy install. However, my watershield was disintegrated but found a replacement on ebay Genuine Mopar Front Door Watershield Left 4717925AE. Also, several of my door panel retainers broke so dorman part 963-221d worked for me.
