Pure Lavender Extract, Natural is a versatile flavor that and can be used in a wide range of culinary applications including baking. Lavender pairs well with chocolate, berry and citrus. One-half teaspoon is sufficient for most cake or cookie recipes. In commercial baking applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% and adjust to desired impact is achieved One-half teaspoon is sufficient for most cake or cookie recipes. Our Pure Lavender Extract, Natural can be also be used to enhance the fragrance of sachets, floral bouquets and potpourri. While developed for culinary purposes, we have a number of customers who use this natural extract as a fragrance and well as an anti-inflammatory.
